USA: Dr Louisa Moats receives the 'Benita Blachman Award' at the Reading League Conference 2018

After giving the Keynote Address at the 2018 Reading League 2018 Annual Conference, Dr. Louisa Moats received the Benita Blachman Award for Advancing Evidence into Practice. Dr. Moats is the first recipient of this award.
